My godmother has been going to Shear Magic for 20 years and I have observed great customer service whenever I have gone with her. She looks fantastic when she leaves. They really make you feel special. It's not like you're going to a salon; it's more like you're going to a friend's house. There's never more than a 10-minute wait if that.
