LOVE THIS PLACE! Took my 3 year old son for his first haircut, he has some sensory issues when it comes to touching his head so I was nervous. BUT the girl made it super fun for him! Showed him the tools and explained everything to him and praised him for doing so good! He never shed a tear and loved it! He loved the TV and the tractor he got to sit on. It made noises and the tires spun making he excited like he was driving. 100% going back for all my kids first hair cuts and future cuts!
Such a positive environment and fun place for the kiddos (and adults alike)! My son's first haircut here was such an amazing experience. No matter who your stylist is, you'll have a good experience.
I had been there with my son several times before. This time was a horrible experience. I told the stylist to take off an inch, and leave it long enough so he still had his curls. SHE CUT ALL OF HIS HAIR OFF. Two days before he starts school. She saw my face and immediately said "I'll get the manager". The manager didnt even ask me what the problem was, she looked at my son's short, unevenly cut hair and immediately started apologizing. Absolutely terrible. Do not let them near your child's hair. I gave them a second chance with a different stylist and they still did a horrible job. Showed photos of what we wanted and they buzzed my child's hair down to the scalp! Horrible experience x2!!!
