Had an appointment scheduled for 3:30 no one showed up. I get it sometimes you’re late things happen but no call no explanation. Left at 4pm still no one showed up. Very disappointing
I booked an appointment online for both of my kids to get their hair cut. The stylist who cut my oldest sons hair did not know what a crew cut was and the lady at the front desk had to Google it and show him how to cut my son's hair. The stylist was also not very friendly or welcoming at all, honestly he does not have the personality to be working with children, but he did an ok job I guess.. my youngest had a different stylist who was much friendlier and was super nice and patient with him even though he was a wiggle worm. ... read more
Great experience and the hairstylist was beyond amazing with my son who hates haircuts. Patient and kind, definitely be back!
