The atmosphere is nice and friendly. However, my hair is ruined:( I went there because my regular girl couldn’t take me due to vacation. I’ve got a new hairstylist who was quite ruff with my hair. In addition, it took her a while to figure out what I was asking her to do with my hair ( few highlights and root touch up). The end product looked decent except for the lost hair during styling:( however, now my hair is super dry and overall look is awful. I had darker hair on the back and lighter upfront.
