This salon is family friendly and all the stylist made us feel at home. If you are new in the area and don't know where to go this is the place ! The owner,Susan did our hair but I am sure that everyone there is very good.

If your new in town and looking for a place to get your hair done this is definetly the place to go. I cant say enough about the salon and the prices are reasonable compared to other places that I have been.

I'm an Army wife and I found a new place to get my hair done. This is the place to go...it's my favorite!! It's soooo much better than the mall. It has great service, a pleasant atmosphere and everyone seems to be friendly. And my hair looks absolutely fabulous!! Coming from Fort Bragg, Shear Images is a breath of fresh air in this little place.

The best decision I ever made! I am a dedicated client to Shear Images-Hair Studio. Don't expect to walk in and receive 'chop shop' service though... This business is buy appointments only. Believe me, all the stylists are always booked well in advance, so plan ahead. *note to self* New York City service at a small town price... its priceless but stylish.

Notably good service experience!! I was new to the area and didn't know where to go to have my hair done. So, I decided to pick a name out of the phone book. The woman at a local salon and spa charged me 3x what I normally pay for a cut and color and I was very unhappy. The next time I needed my hair done, I decided to do it at home. Bad idea! So here I was, orange hair and embarrassed to leave the house. I called Tracy, she squeezed me in and I was so happy with her work. That was over a year ago, and I haven't seen anyone ... read more

Not great customer service... But ... I must say Susan the owner gives a great haircut and color if you can squeeze into her schedule. She books up quickly...so don't count on walk in service.
