I asked for a simple A-line, and bangs. They gave me a regular straight, but layered haircut. I asked for bangs, but she just framed my face. When I got home, my hair was all different lengths and I fixed my own bangs. Gave her a 2 because at least she was nice. Forgot to mention: this was NOT a student. It was a so called "professional."
My son, daughter, and I have been going here for years. Love it! Wouldn't go anywhere else!

I've been in a couple of times and gotten my hair done by Christy Smith, and every single time I have absolutely loved it!! She does an amazing job and is very considerate of her client.
My first impression was with how beautifully artistic yet chaotic and industrial the interior is...it's amazing!! I had brought my 13 yr old daughter in yesterday for a surprise color birthday gift. All the staff-both professional and students-were very helpful in leading her in the right direction for her color choices!
