I came in for cut and color. I showed her a pic of what I wanted. I expected my hair to look that way when I was done. Aside of the fact that it didn't. My hair was pulled so much. My hair is very easy to manage not sure what the issue was. I didn't say anything while I was there, the last thing I wanted was to have my hair pulled more. honestly I just wanted to leave. AMAZING! Best haircut we've ever gotten! We got the hair we always wanted. We would recommend a girl named Chanowa. Very nice and understands everything we say. Very engaged in conversation.
