RecommendedI wanted to pass out a rave review for Craylin at Shear Envy Salon. I was passing through town and hadn’t had a cut and style in 6 months and boy did she deliver! Incredible price also 😁

They absolutely destroyed my friend’s hair and slightly ruined my sister’s hair (both were rough and not even close to what they wanted, my sister’s was just a little less awful). The worst part about it all is that not only would no one give them a call back, they wouldn’t even consider a refund or a partial refund. Both of them had to drop an EXTRA $200 to fix their completely botched hair. If you make mistakes, do the honorable thing. Own up to it and at least offer a refund. BLEACHED SHIRT TERRIBLE HAIRCUT UNEVEN COLOR DISTRIBUTION If you don't want ruined hair and clothes don't go here! Worse still the manager refused to refund me even though I had to go have my hair fixed elsewhere that day. She offered me conditioner for my ruined shirt. Which I didn't even get that. I have been here several times now and have an excellent experience each time. I don't even mind seeing a different stylist each visit because they're all so amazing. My two daughter went there in a matter of two days apart. Both of them had long hair and because they didn’t listen or did a crappy job cutting their hair. But came away 6 inches or more was cut off.
