I have never had such a horrible hair session in my life! I came in for a full highlight and imput on making my base color lighter because i had dyed it dark. The woman who assistede, Suzie, did a full highlight in under 1 hr, stuck my under a blow dryer for 20 min and washed my hair. Here is where the issues began: the woman who washed my hair didnt get all the shampoo out and i was told by Suzie that this is a regular occurance and for me to ask her to wash my hair out agin.
