Finally, someone who listened to what I wanted!!! – I have been going to the same stylist for the last 13 years. While he is quick, current, and comperable, he fails in one major area: he doesn't listen to his client. Highly recommend!! – Need a color? See Michelle! She’s the best. Shear Elegance is a classy, warm and inviting place as well as in a convenient location – parking is never a problem! Michelle is always there with a smile and good conversation. She has been cutting and coloring my hair for quite a while now and a week does not go by where someone whether it’s a stranger, co-worker or friend is asking me who is my hair stylist…

Best Salon I've Ever Been To! – When I first walked into Shear Elegance, it was a great experience from the start. The women who worked on my hair, Michelle, was very friendly and immediately sat me down and asked exactly how I wanted my hair to look. DISASTER! PART ONE! – I saw all the outstanding reviews online & I decided to try this salon. I walked in and Michelle (the owner) told me to have a seat. I told her that I just wanted a lighter brown than I had. She proceeds to tell me she specializes in color and can definitely finish lifting the dark brown out of my hair. PART TWO – She did a partial weave (which is what I wanted, seeing as I was reluctant to get bleach at all). Let me tell you, this partial consisted of color only around the crown of my head. It looked so bad I cant help but laugh! I had a blonde mullet!!! She styled me, CHARGED me $140, and sent me on my way. She made me feel like she cut me a totally great deal and I told her the blonde helped make it look not so black. PART 3 – THIS STORY HAS A HAPPY ENDING!!! I went to a different stylist at another salon. She couldn't lift the black, my hair was too damaged from this dye job, but she did finish out my mullet by completing my weave for only $30!!! She felt so bad for me that she only charged me for product :) My hair is still a mess and has a million colors in it (most of them shades of black and dark brown) but at least I don't have a blonde mullet anymore. Won't Go Anywhere Else!!! – Michelle came into Victoria's Secrets about four years ago while I was working there. She was super nice, told me I had gorgeous hair (which I do!) and started talking about her salon which was called Ignition at the time. Hillsboro Best Salon! – I've been coming to Shear Elegance for alittle over a year now and have experienced the upmost quality hair service ever time! Michelle, the owner / stylist is awesome!
