Jen P I've been seeing Michelle, Shear Elegance's owner, for about 2 years. The highlights are great. It took me many years to find someone in the Portland area who knows what I want. She gets the color and shading just right and I get a lot of compliments on my hair.
I wanted to let everyone know that Michelle Mindolovich moved to Illumination Hair at 105 NE 43rd Ave, corner of Brookwood/Baseline
We have enjoyed having Michelle Mindolovich as our hair stylist since she opened her salon. She also cut hair for our six children at various times until they moved away from home. Michelle has always done an excellent job cutting or coloring our hair. She is very professional and enjoyable to be around. We feel comfortable leaving our hair issues in her hands! Thanks for making us look great Michelle!
I love getting my hair done by Michelle Mindolovich at Shear Elegance! She always does a fabulous job on my color and knows exactly what to do with my hair. It's always wonderful to find a great hairdresser that you can always trust with your hair and I've definitely found that with Michelle. :)
I have not received the same as the other reviews. I went to Michelle and she did low and highlights on my hair. She did not go over hair color, had the color already mixed before I showed up. The 2 colors she picked makes my hair look peppered gray, which I don't have gray in my hair. My hair has been a frizzed out mess since, seems to be over processed. I spoke to her about it and she said it wasn't anything she did. Bad, bad customer service. Hasn't asked for me to come in and look at it. Told me I could come in and buy s... read more
I go to Ashley and she is wonderful!! I started going to her a year ago after a long search to find a qualified stylist. She does my highlights and cut perfect every time! She's also very kind, and patient! Go see her! You won't regret it!
One Word...Michelle!!! I had a bad hair color experience and Michelle took her time and fixed it. She went over everything with me. I totally trust her and love looking in the mirror now at my hair. This is the best salon! I have been getting my hair cut & colored by Michelle Mindolovich for a long time and I just love it! She does such a great job, so friendly and professional. I recommend Michelle 100%.
Michelle is the absolute best! I've been coming to her for about 7 years and I will never see anyone else in the Portland area!
