Fabulous Salon!!!! – I started going to Michelle just over a year ago. I had heard about her through a friend. I had been having my friend cut/color my hair for years in Eugene. My friend came up from Eugene to color my hair and she turned it from blonde to purple/black/blue. My friend took off to the bar and left me with a massive hair disaster. Bad Experience – I went to this salon (now called Shear Obsession) and had a very bad experience. I explained what I wanted when I first sat down in the chair and I wish Michelle (the owner) would have listened to what I said. I wanted a couple inches off the back and then long layers that started a couple inches below my chin, I even put my hands to where I wanted them to start. She cut the 2 inches off the back and that was fine but then she started the layers and after the first cut I knew she was going shorter than I had... read more
Worst customer service – I got my haircut back in January and had a great experience. But, when I tried getting another appointment again in March, I had a bad experience. I called the salon phone number SEVERAL times a day and no one ever answered or returned my phone call. Finally, I called a stylist personally and set up an appointment, which I later had to reschedule. Clarification from recent review by Feliz – Reply back to the review dated April 28, 2008. I check the voicemail at the salon at least 3 times a day for messages, new clients, etc.... Also, we all are very consistant about answering the phones. Yes, Tiffany and I were both painting the salon on a Monday, a very slow day at the salon. Another clarification – Also, I have NEVER done Feliz's hair and would never....... so that was another big lie! If any of you want the truth, ask all the other stylists there at the salon.
The worst experience ever!! – Will never set foot back in there. There's a new owner and she doesn't know her head from her A*#!! And it turns out she's right out of beauty school! EEEKK!!! My hair was so messed up I had to track down the old owner so she could fix it! Much better! That salon has taken a complete 180 in the wrong direction.
Rockin' Good Hair – The atmosphere is down to Earth. The stylists are great at what they do. I love my cut, I love my color. The rates are reasonale. Never once has any one ever tried shove products at me. I laugh the entire time I am there, and I leave feeling great about how I look. Go now. They are the bomb.
