I called to request an appointment, and left a message. One day later I received a call from a stylist for Saturday morning appointment. I am glad I followed the good reviews and had my hair cut done.

Called a few times to set up an appointment. No answer. I figured I would go in person as a walk-in. A few minutes wait, one customer. A few stylist in the back. Until one lady walked in and asked if I was being helped. This salon goes by appointment only. Thought I'd check this place out because of the good reviews. Maybe they can start by answering the phone?

Came here years ago when I lived Kailua town, now, visiting for six weeks, and just made an appointment for tomorrow and was so thrilled. The salon is still here with the same friendly, helpful service! I’ll come back and do a further review tomorrow after a simple wash and blow out — my hair is a bit curly and wavy and not the easiest to do, but I always had such great service here and I am thrilled that they are still in business after the pandemic!
