This has been one of the worst, most backwards situations of my life. I originally scheduled a full highlight and a haircut in which the stylist, Philip, did not give me a consultation and when he was "finished" he proceeded to charge me 20$ more than he quoted me. At this point, I still had some split ends, the highlights were choppy, uneven, and they were a mix of yellow and some very white looking.
