I came in with a MAJORRRR hair disaster. Years of dark, dark box dye, tons of banding, and tons of regrowth. Also a LOT of breakage/damaged hair. I came in, my stylist set my expectations very clearly, and discussed a game plan that made sense. I had never been to a salon before, and was so out of my element. She really ensured I was comfortable, spent an HOUR on the consult (I was all over the place), and made sure she was giving me exactly what I was envisioning.
I am obsessed with how my hair came out!!! Not only did it look great, it was such a fun few hours getting pampered!! I will never go anywhere else!!
