I recently booked an appointment with Natasha and the entire experience was amazing. She is super friendly and very knowledgeable and explain the importance of certain things like using a good moisturizer! Hannah is the best! This is the first time in years where I actually come to care for my hair every 6 to 8 weeks. My color and highlights always look perfect. I love her personality she always puts me at ease which is really important for me because I don't like people touching me or my hair. Besides the atmosphere what I like the most and appreciate the most is that they're not pushing products to the point where that's more important than what they're doing to my hair.
