very polite, respectful! – Bob came by and talked me through and gave me a bid. I got a competitive bid - he matched it there abouts and then they came on time, did the job, cleaned up and left the same day - very polite, respectful.
Came out as promised and gave accurate estimate. Workers arrived on time, did the work on budget and on schedule.
These guys did a great job on my roof. It wasn't a real big job but they came in and got it done
Was on time – I have used Shea Roofing three (3) different times in the past year for substantial roofing work on my house in Pasadena - Attic Fan / Dormer Vent Installation (House & Garage) Replacing Ridge Caps, Antenna / Sat. I cannot tell you how wonderful Bill and Ken Shea are. Not only did they and their team do an incredible job at a very fair price, they were delightful to work with. I had to replace my entire roof within ONE MONTH of purchasing a new home (long story) - it was unbelievably stressful, both personally and financially. These guys were great. First, Bill Shea came out to give me an estimate. He explained the various problems, and pointed out one area that I could probably wait to have repaired if I didn't want to pay to have it fixed right now. I thought that was very fair of him, but I chose to do the entire job.
