These guys were great. First, Bill Shea came out to give me an estimate. He explained the various problems, and pointed out one area that I could probably wait to have repaired if I didn't want to pay to have it fixed right now. I thought that was very fair of him, but I chose to do the entire job. Our roof was just completed by Shea Roofing. We are so pleased with the roof it's beautiful. Most importantly we are so happy with the way Bill and Ken run their jobs. Our yard was completely picked-up and spotless at the end of each day. The crew is efficient and very polite. And the entire procedure was completed in an amazingly short amount of time. Excellent work for a fair price – I have used Shea Roofing three (3) different times in the past year for substantial roofing work on my house in Pasadena - Attic Fan / Dormer Vent Installation (House & Garage) Replacing Ridge Caps, Antenna / Sat. Dish removal, and replacing metal valleys with composition shingles.
