Shea employees will go out of their way to attempt to deny warranty claims even when they have do not build homes to code, know your rights and hide a good inspector.
These guys will do everything to make sure your proper inspection by a third party can’t do his job. Would rather build my own home than use these clowns
We were wishing to purchase a Shea home. We visited the sales office in San Tan and wrote our Realtor's info down on the questionnaire as it asked. We then came back with our Realtor and Shea refused to make her a part of the transaction and told us that they "lost" our form. So we told them we wouldn't be doing business with them at all and withdrew our request....very shady Sales agents and Sales Manager...beware.
