Difficult to work with just to get in to see a model. Our broker was unavailable during the time we had to visit. They wouldn’t agree to meet us alone initially unless we agreed to not have her represent us at all. If they are difficult in just letting you SEE a model, imagine how difficult they are when it comes time to build. Liked the area but were forced to scratch it off the list in order to it treat our broker unfairly.

We have had such a great experience building a house with Shea. We are building at the Colliers Hill location in Erie. From day one, it's been an easy, relaxing and fun process. We had a lot of hesitation building a home, and we researched all of the builders in the Denver Metro area. Many of the companies have several bad reviews and complaints, but we couldn't find any negative about working with Shea. We highly recommend this company. You won't find a better company to build your house
