It’s disheartening to see how little care this builder puts into their work. Instead of building lasting, quality homes, they seem more interested in cutting corners to save money. Homebuyers deserve better — honesty, quality, and responsibility — not poor craftsmanship and profit-driven shortcuts.
The worst builder I ever dealt with. half of our place we bought had structure borne vibration and noise. we are like living next to an engine room day and night. Initially when we submit the request 10 months ago, they said they will help found the cause and tackle the issues 1 at a time which at the time the representative acknowledged the noise is extremely loud but later denied for any action because his management insist the close the case.
