Not a good company to buy your home. We purchased our 1st home from them at 3Roots-Lotus and the issues are never ending inside the home. For the flooring issue they have been dragging for more than an year and they never could completely fix it. Whenever i raise a complaint someone from the flooring company (3rd party) comes in and cuts the floor to check humidity and leaves the floor with tapes on it. And they never come back. We're SO happy with Shea built our home in 3 Roots! They faced a ton of challenges given the labor shortage and supply market and still managed to complete our home in less than a year's time. Everything was executed fantastically. Coming from a construction family, I can truly say they built a solid home. I'm very impressed.
