Not a good company to buy your home. We purchased our 1st home from them at 3Roots-Lotus and the issues are never ending inside the home. For the flooring issue they have been dragging for more than an year and they never could completely fix it. Whenever i raise a complaint someone from the flooring company (3rd party) comes in and cuts the floor to check humidity and leaves the floor with tapes on it. And they never come back.
