Beware! I bought an over 500K house from them. Ongoing quality control during construction is non-existent. Not from the contractors nor from Shea Management. You don't find an issue and complain, too bad. My walls had to be painted 3 times because the painters kept using the wrong paint. There were other homes with wrong flooring installed.
