Beware! I bought an over 500K house from them. Ongoing quality control during construction is non-existent. Not from the contractors nor from Shea Management. You don't find an issue and complain, too bad. My walls had to be painted 3 times because the painters kept using the wrong paint. There were other homes with wrong flooring installed. Also, if you did not spend enough on upgrades then will find ways to short change you on construction (lower quality plywood, etc). The sales manager avoided any contact with buyers. Pat... read more
