It takes them forever to get back to me. I never get my questions answered within a reasonable time period. Their office was kind of gross. I was scared I was going to catch something from being in the office. It was really loud in their office and it made the experience that much more stressful. They need to move to a quieter location. One thing that I don't appreciate, is that they close exactly at their scheduled time whether someone needs help or not.
