Very concerning experience during our visit of CNAs Jocelyn and Alondra. I witnessed Jocelyn say that she was not going to change her patient and would leave the patient for last, despite the patient already complaining about being wet. Delaying basic hygiene and comfort for a patient who is asking for assistance is unacceptable. My wife & I were extremely disappointed by the behavior witnessed of an RN, Shailee, at this facility. I personally observed her speaking to staff members in a disrespectful and unprofessional manner, including yelling on the floor. Her behavior was noticeable enough that visitors were able to overhear the interaction. Unfortunately, this did not appear to be an isolated incident. Best place to send someone needing physical rehab. My dad had a short term stay here for about 4 months and had a fantastic room and great care 24/7
