Mike Shea is genuinely kind and an excellent mechanic who knows a LOT about vehicles. It's a relief to know him and his shop!
I had to have my daughters car towed there since she was attending college in Knoxville. They repaired ball joints and wheel assembly very quickly. They called me for authorization because the wheel assembly was going to be so expensive and I appreciated the heads up, but they went out of their way to go to a secondary supplier and found the part for a cheaper price. First time I have seen someone at a repair place try and save someone money!!! I HIGHLY RECOMEND these guys.
