I love my gym, I come 5 days a week.
The best decision my son made for me right after my retirement three years ago was to join She Fitness gym. I take four classes per week, which keep me in very good shape. As a result, I only go to the doctor for my yearly checkups! This gym is different from the other gyms I have gone to over the years because each person can choose classes that meet his or her specific needs. My experience here has been the best of the best. The fact that it’s all women makes me feel very comfortable and from the moment you enter the energy is just wonderful!!! The employees are always super helpful. I’ve been going to different gyms for years and this has been one of the best experiences ever if not the best 🫶
