I have been seeing Dr Zia since 2017. Every single visit I would see her smile. I felt safe with her as I have severe anxiety and trusted her when I needed her most. She had a receptionist named Claudia and another named Layla. They were wonderful! THEN...along came 'Barbara.' Not particularly a nice girl. She often bad-mouthed the previous receptionist. So I drive a 45 minute drive for a visit to have 'Barbara' tell me I owe $63. I knew I owed my co-pay which I have paid EVERY time. But this time she told me I had a balance... read more
