Shay and her staff is awesome! Been there several times over a few years!
Went to Shay's because my ring was too tight and was missing a small diamond. I was nervous to drop it off because I have not been without my ring in years but they got it done quickly. I am very pleased with the fit and my ring looks better now than it did brand new from Kay. Price was awesome too ! Definitely recommend Shay's for jewelry needs !
Received excellent service when I purchased a watch.
My husband bought my wedding rings shortly after coming home from Afghanistan in 2010- Until this week I hadn't had them ever cleaned, rhodium plated or anything and they were a mess. They needed re-sized and not being from here, I did not know where to go. I looked online and found yall, Came right in and had them back and looking BRAND new in just a few days. It was so affordable I was shocked. Thank yall so much- you have gained a life long customer. :)
