Do not use – My wife brought in her engagement ring to get resized. They broke the ring and said that they sent it to a "master jewler". Who said it there was an imperfection when the ring was made and that is why it broke. I sent the ring back to the maker and it was determined that bc Shay didn't take the three rings apart before cutting this is why the ring broke.
