Horrible website! Very difficult (impossible?) to log in and to find current prescription status.
Great florist
Staff are both friendly and unfriendly. Sometimes it’s hit or miss. When they are unfriendly, it’s really bad. They can be quite judgmental. They never answer the phone. It goes to voicemail which is full all the time. Sometimes I have called for hours and can’t reach anybody. Have been to many Shaws pharmacies and they all are wonderful. This is the only one I have ever had an issue with. I’d go elsewhere
Due a medication shortage I have to call the pharmacy every month to see if they have my medication in stock before my doctor sends in the order, several times now I've called this pharmacy and been told "yes we have it in stock" only to get there the next day and be told "Oh sorry we don't have that, we had it ordered but the order didn't come". I understand mistakes happen sometimes, but this has happened several times now and it's infuriating. If you call this pharmacy to check if they have your meds MAKE SURE to ask them... read more
