This place was amazing. The rib eye was cooked perfectly, baked potato loaded (yum). Erica was our server, I will ask for her section. Great atmosphere, definitely will be a #1 dinner house for us!
Started with a long wait between being seated and when my order was taken. I was dining alone while my back was to the main foot traffic thoroughfare and the waiter kept coming up from behind and addressing me as he walked by without stopping. When I was seated, the busser gave me water. I wanted a glass of wine but the waiter wouldn't stop long enough for me to ask for it and he never offered anything. Couple of friends and I got sick from eating there last night. Terrible!!!
Came to Shaws steakhouse when my husband and I did a California road trip for our honeymoon. Originally from the uk it's not often we come across restaurants like this. We loved every minute of it. The food and the portion sizes where immense and couldn't have asked for better service. When we come back to the golden state I will be coming back for more pork chops. Worth the money.
Service was good, and some of the food was good, but the beef ribs were a bit skimpy... Not very big or meaty... over all dissent place to go... Just don't order the ribs...
My family and I abosultely love Shaw's and our favorite waitress @ericahuntsucker . The food and service are ALWAYS amazing!! ��
