How on earth does it cost over $200 to replace a HDD in a Mac mini with a SDD, (Early model, not one with a soldered SSD or anything) and why again does it then cost an additional $280 to reinstall an OS?

My issue was complicated, but with their tech expertise, tools, and persistence, they fixed my laptop. Price was fair and turnaround very quick. Communication throughout excellent. I used to oversee customer service in a large health system and recognize good customer service when I see it. I saw it and got it at Shawn's!
