I have lived here for only a year and half and what I witnessed has been a shocker! This includes the great amount trash around all the dumpster areas, the roach infestation and the violence, however the current staff is absolutely wonderful and are addressing all issues quickly. Amanda comes down when she able and she helps Mariah when she is here, when I see Mariah out with notices on all the apts, she looks so very tired and she working a 3 person job and I do not think that is fair, she keeps the office in gear and makes... read more
I have lived there for several years n would address some things. First the roaches, there is currently no roach infestation. Amanda, Mariah, n Ronnie have addressed that n employed excellent exterminator. As for theives, ect., ect. (give me a break), welcome to public housing n be glad ur not in STL, Chicago, inner city public housing. I have lived at Shawnee Village senior building for the last 3 years I have been very happy and have made some lasting friendships as a rule most everyone is very content and gets along fine of course like anywhere where there are numerous people there's always going to be some dissension I would like to say that Mariah up in the office is excellent I think she would make an awesome manager for this property I know Amanda has a lot of other properties she's over and takes care of and I truly believe that Mariah would be an a... read more
