Do not live here! Management are all gold diggers. If there’s something they can charge you for, they’ll do it. They raised rent without acknowledging tenants, Laundry and fitness centers were usually broken, claimed to offer amenities like a dishwasher units did not have, and refused to inform maintenance when a work request was put in. Literally pick anywhere else to live!

Well worth what you pay for. I have nothing but great experience, my boyfriend lives there and I stay with him from time to time and it’s a very quiet and calm place.

Find somewhere else I could go on and on about how bad this place is, but I can only write so much. This place smells like cigarettes and mold, customer service is horrible, they charge you $50/hour for EMERGENCY maintenance, they don’t replace anything that was damaged from the previous tenants, our neighbors literally got in our mailbox and vandalized my car and nothing got done about it, they absolutely will not do a move out inspection with you, and when you move out they decide to take your deposit and charge you for ex... read more

Horrible Management Horrible apartments Tons of hidden fees, management lies, apartments are subpar and you end up paying way too much to live in a sardine tin. Literally find anywhere else for better price, management, and apartment space. Worst mistake was living here.

Very horrible place to live. The manager, Tiffany, has no respect for human dignity, especially for minorities or people of color. She talks trash, very very rude. It’s an anti-minority place. They act nice and put you in very bad situation after signing the lease. I did not read the reviews before choosing to stay here and it’s the most regrettable experience. When I started to read their review, I came to appreciate how truthful reviews here about being the worst place to live. Avoid this place at all cost.

Just... Don't We rented from this apartment complex because it was the most affordable in the area, but it would have been well worth it to pay an extra 100-150 a month to live in a complex that was upfront, understanding and not in your apartment every week. Every time we spoke to the managing office, we were told one thing (for example, about having pets or about moving out early because we HAD to leave the state for graduate school) we were told a completely different thing the next week. I love living here They know you by name. They are always willing to help. If you have a repair, it is handled quickly. I accidentally let my dog outside one morning, as I started my car for work and didn't realize it. They spent 2 hours, at least, chasing my fur baby and called me, immediately, to let me know she was outside. They go above and beyond!!!! Hands down the best Apartments in the area. Clean... gym on site...it's a great place to live!
