They came to to my home to close my pool. We tried to pay them after they finished the job. They said they would send us an invoice. The invoice arrived and they had charged for 2 chemicals That was not used . I called to inquire about this. The owner Chad was very very rude. However, he did say after arguing about it and telling me that they did in fact, use the chemicals when I know they didn't because I used my own that I had in the garage that he would remove the charges just to a appease us and that if he did, in fact, ... read more

We couldn’t be more happy with Shawnee Pools. They provide top-notch service and they are always prompt. Chad and his team go out of their way to accommodate your every need. They helped us switch to a salt water system and it had been the best thing ever! Can’t recommend them enough.
