I had been talking with and getting to know him for over a year and when I was ready to buy I came to him. I have never been treated so good! It is so nice to walk into a business where the people working there know me by name. I will never buy or go anyplace else other than Shawnee Cycle for my next bike or parts for my Roadstar again. After all, they could have not told me anything and my transmission could have locked up on me and maybe even gone down because of it. We purchased our bike from Shawnee Cycle Plaza today. We had been looking for a couple of months, and knew what we wanted. When we got there, Doug came out to greet us right away and after a brief conversation he suggested 3 different bikes to compare. He was right on the money with his suggestion! You guys are the best in dealing with four wheelers from my point of view. You explain everything in English and are really nice to customers. I hope that it will be sooner than 5 months before I can by the Raptor 700R or the Honda 450R. I like them both, but I still can't decide.
