The guys that work here are outstanding. Mike was my salesman and he did not try to push anything on me. I went in to look at a few bikes that peaked my interest and fit my needs, so he gave me some facts on them and let me sit on them to find the right fit. The parts department was also exceptional as they did not try to push anything on me. After buying my bike I came back to pick it up a couple days later. I must say I am impressed.. I bought my first new 4 wheeler with you.. The sales and financing was great. I also purchased the service plan. I was told the service team was outstanding. I must say I dropped my bike off e few days early due to my time limitations. I was over excited when they called me the next day saying the service was completed. You guys are the best in dealing with four wheelers from my point of view. You explain everything in English and are really nice to customers. I hope that it will be sooner than 5 months before I can by the Raptor 700R or the Honda 450R. I like them both, but I still can't decide. I came to Shawnee from another local dealer, who shall remain anonymous. Shawnee was a huge step up. The purchase process was painless and friendly. Good so far, but at some places the friendliness seems to end there. But I am greeted every time I come in, the service department is awesome, even coming out and tightening some bolts I did not have the right sized star socket for at no charge. At the Shawnee Cycle Plaza I received excellent service and everyone there knew the answers to my questions. I was a new rider last year and they helped me pick out the perfect bike. It was not the most expensive bike and it didn't come with all the bells and whistles. It was, however, the perfect bike for me. They are great to work with and I look forward to doing business with them for years to come.

I haven't had a bike for 10 years. I have bought 2 others from these guys years ago and they were great then. So when I decided to get a new bike again I was truly amazed to see the same faces and a couple of them even remembered me. Just as before, these guys were great to talk with. No question I had went unanswered. You really can't buy from a nicer bunch of guys
I recently bought my first new bike through another dealer and wish I would have came to you guys first. I have bought parts through your dealership, and your people were courteous, knowledgeable, and very helpful. That is worth everything. The other dealer I mentioned has made my first new bike-buying experience a nightmare. Shawnee Cycle Plaza was a good experience, and if this keeps anyone from buying from other dealers, then thats a good thing
