Came into Shawnee Cycle Plaza this afternoon looking to buy my first motorcycle. EVERY single person I interacted with was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I went to two other dealers before when I was just looking and they did not come CLOSE to the level of customer service I received at Shawnee Cycle. If you’re in the market for a new bike, I cannot suggest them enough!
Went to look at a used bike that I had saw on Facebook Marketplace. The first salesman did not seem to know anything, so I eventually ended up with Jake and later talked to Dave. Jake talked extensively about how they carefully examine the bikes and there are no as-is sales ect. I showed Jake the rear tire that had splits from dry rot and would be unsafe to ride. Is posting scam vehicles for sale in Facebook market place. Other people contacting saying they are military listed and will use eBay 3rd party to entrust at super deep discount and wants you to post money. DONT FALL for this if price is too good to be true probably is.
Shawnee cycle plaza treated me well. This I was my first time purchasing a bike. They gave me all the information I needed on everything from bike specs all the way down to the warranty information. All the employees were friendly and they all provided me with some type of advice regarding me being a new rider. I highly recommend this place to anyone with motorcycle needs. I give them 5 outta 5 on customer service
