The wait was supposed to be an hour and it ended up being an hour and 20 minutes. The clerk, Madison at window #4, that waited on us was just coming back from a break, so you think she would at least be refreshed and pleasant, but she was not at all. Absolutely no friendliness, no smile, just very put out that she had to help me. I wish this would be addressed with all team members. Very rarely do you get a pleasant clerk to help. They always act like they are doing you a favor even being there.
