I would not recommend Shawna Reich or this clinic to anyone. For starters, the restroom for everyone is in the lobby. There is a single bathroom with a single toilet for both men and women, both patients and those in the waiting room. That means urine tests are filled up in the same restroom. Shawna ordered blood work and nobody ever called with the results or to make another appointment to give the results. Same with the urine test. They either don't call the medications in to the proper pharmacy, don't call them in at all ... read more
Shawna is truly walking in her calling as a healthcare professional. She is a caring and compassionate Doctor who is committed to using her knowledge to provide her patients the best healthcare possible. I would recommend her to anyone needing a primary care provider.
Shawna Reich is a wonderful NP. She takes time to listen to your needs. She provides great care for her patients. She really cares for her patients. Couldn't ask for a better provider.
We were transferred to NP Shawna for my wife as her other primary care doctor moved on from Memorial. I wasn’t too sure about the transition but Shawna really put my mind at ease. My wife visited the ER a day before her appointment for some lightheadedness and Shawna really took the time to talk everything out with us, do a couple of things the ER failed to do, and genuinely cared and wanted my wife to feel better. Dr.Shawna Reich is the best... I went to 4 other doctors before her, begging for someone to help me.. Mrs Reich took time to get to know me. And she found out an told me worst news u can get..with her she gave me hope.. She is by far the best I have ever been 2... She saved my life... Thanks Doc Joan Br.
