Had a wonderful experience with Kaitlyn. She was very thorough and informative. She got everying I needed done. I am disappointed to here their are extra charges to make changes to your account and I was disappointed I wasn’t informed that combining my vehicles on one policy would save me money. Kaitlyn graciously help make the change and save me a few bucks.
