Alway answers my questions, she cares.
I was disapointed with my last appointment with Shawna. She usually has time to listen an answer my questions. This time she seemed rushed and when my labs came back with low potassium it took 3 phone calls to get a RX. Just had repeat blood work so anxious to see about getting the issue ressolved.
The staff is very attentive, caring and courteous.
Everyone was very friendly and listen to what I said. Shawna asked questions and we had a conversation. Then blood was drawn and urine sample given. I got the results a few days later. Very friendly and efficient . Everyone works together! That's Great!!
