Shawn is amazing. He was infinitely patient throughout our ever changing wants and priorities. If you need help or advise during your home buying or selling experience, he is there with an incredible knowledge base. But he will never try to push his opinions on you, just the facts. Shawn doesn't just want you to buy a house, he truly wants you to find your HOME. I've been through the home buying process several times and Shawn is absolutely the best.
I don't even know where to start. Shawn is the best realtor!! He's knowledgeable about not only the market but the financial end of things as well. He sent us homes regularly and was available to tour homes when we needed him, and when it fit our schedule. We were dealing with a tough market but he was patient and easy to work with. He paid a lot of attention to detail and taught us a lot along the way. In the end, we closed on a great home and we'll be forever grateful for his help!! Great experience working with Shawn . He’s very knowledgeable of the house buying process, very thorough and coordinates the team with prompt and succinct communications and deadlines. Although our lender did everything possible to make the home buying process as difficult as possible, he pushed through holding them accountable all throughout till closing.

Shawn was instrumental in getting us a house down at the shore. He was proactive in meeting with us and lining up times to see the houses. He has a tremendous wealth of knowledge with real estate and financial questions. He even met us on Easter to look at the house that we eventually bought and for less than the asking price ( which was Shawn’s idea to offer less than asking price) Thanks Shawn for being awesome !
