This experience is now transforming into what is likely going to be a civil lawsuit against the way this company handled the sale of our marital property during our divorce. We had no idea of what the laws were and that is why we hired license professionals. 1/8/2026: Things were was so much worse than I ever imagined. I can’t say enough good! Shawn was professional, intuitive, and pleasant to work with. He saw that we knew what was going on with the sale. We were able to complete the sale in six weeks!
