Sadly, Ms. Rowland proved to be unprofessional and not very compassionate. This seems an odd profession for such a cold and arrogant individual. Or perhaps she is simply burned out. Not recommended for anyone sensitive and looking to heal.
Shawn Rowland LCSW is very good at what she does. She goes above and beyond in helping you with whatever happens to be your problem. Not only does she listen and advise you, she teaches you how to help yourself. The only issue is not with Shawn Rowland it's with the building that her office is in. You see they have no elevator there so anyone with a physical disability will not be able to have access to her office.
