I was referred to Dr. Nally by my periodontist for a deeper look at one of my teeth. I was greeted warmly and professionally by his staff. They got me into the review room ahead of schedule. X rays were taken and Dr. Nally came in promptly to review his findings. Bottom line is that he too was friendly, caring and he fully explained his opinion about the next steps. My last endondontist appointment years ago was a bad experience. This one was very good, and I look forward to having Dr. Nally take care of my tooth.
I visited Dr. Nally for a 15 min consultation. The staff was not nice. They made me sign a form for root canal treatment, but they knew it was only for consultation. They insisted to do their own x-rays, even thought my dentist sent them resent x-rays. The charge was $225 for consultation only. later on I had to to call them and remind them to file with my insurance two weeks after the visit. Oher two dentists normally change $80-90 for consultation + x-rays, and file with insurance immediately. Do not recommend.
I was scheduled to see Dr. Nally on 3/25/21 for a root canal however on 3/16/21 they had a cancellation & called me. I was anxious to be seen as I was in a lot of pain. Dr. Nally & his staff are an exceptional group! My root canal was very complicated & Dr. Nally was extremely informative, kind & reassuring. RecommendedI was nervous coming in but his staff was awesome and made me feel great. And I just loved the step by step process. It kept me calm. Dr. Nally was absolutely wonderful and he handle my root canal like a champ. I would recommend him to anyone who needed a root canal hands down. Thanks Nick!!!

I had a very upsetting visit with Dr. Nalley. I found him to be arrogant, impatient, and rude. He was very condescending when I asked questions. I would never recommend this dentist to anyone.
Shawn Nally in Greer S.C (Endo) is as crooked and as deviated as a wild storm. He is not rational. He is abusive and very critical. I have experienced nothing but dishonesty from him. He is a little manipulating weasel who is out for 'self' only. Don't be fooled by his fake social veneer. He plays friendly but he is very tricky. He still owes me several hundred dollars for misleading me into a root canal when the tooth should have been extracted instead. Be very, very leery of this little slippery snake.
