I been asking for my documents since last year of what was done during my surgery. I been very patient. They ask if this still my address and it will be sent and nothing. I been keeping track of when I call and who I talked to and nothing has been sent to me. I had surgery at the end of August. It is May..I can’t feel half of my foot still.
