Initially, I had a great experience, but after the switch, it unfortunately became like other offices in Lake Havasu. The front office staff seemed unhappy. I recently had to change doctors because of limited availability. When they learned I was switching, they declined to write me a referral to see a specialist, stating, "We can't do that on your insurance." The first time I saw Shawn I thought he was very quiet and he barely spoke. I wasn't sure that I would go back to him. The second visit with him was completely different.
