I've been a patient of Shawn's now for about 2 years and I'm very pleased with the care and service I've received from him and his staff as well. He is thorough, offers good advice, and is genuinely a good person.
Lake Havasu Citys best primary care physician. 1. Takes his time,... no 4 minutes in and out this guy is thorough. Average time seeing him 35 minutes. Sharp as all get out. I have found many of his patients are medical staff here in town. Straight shooter, doesn't hold back. Currently reserve military officer. His Staff is on it too. He does not hire milenials with attitudes. I feel like I went back in time 25 years to the good old days.
My rating is mainly because of the office staff unprofessional behavior. I also do not care for the fact that he makes himself inaccessible to his patients (you are unable to communicate with him as everything is funneled through the staff). I am not sure if he knowingly runs his practice like this or not. Unless you pay for an appointment you are unable to speak with him.
Myself and my husband both see Shawn O’Haver and love him.! He is thorough, very direct, to the point and does not sugar coat his words. We love that.!! If you want to be caudled , he’s not your guy. I was over weight, now I’m down nearly 60 pounds. Blood pressure is great. He made me stick with it. He takes the time to research my questions and concerns while I’m there if he’s unsure. Everyone I’ve referred to him shares my feelings
