He really doesn't care what your problems really are. He just wants to diagnose you with something with the least amount of effort possible. He doesn't care how well it fits, if it can cause you harm, etc. If you like pompous, glib and careless, see him. (I actually liked the glib part. I'll admit that. He mocked me well, and I appreciate such a humor. I think most people wouldn't, however.)
