Does this provider promptly return your phone calls? Absolutely not! My phone calls aren't returned at all! Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office? The wait wasn't terrible, but it wasn't the best Was this provider's office too loud? No, it wasn't too loud

Was this provider late to your appointments? No, they were on time Are you confident that this provider will continue working with you until a solution is reached? Yes, I know I can count on them to find a solution Was it easy to make an appointment with this provider? I waited longer than I wanted to, but it wasn't terrible

Did this provider ever postpone your appointment? Not at all! They always try to get me in as soon as possible Is this provider easy to reach in an emergency? Absolutely! I can always count on them Was this provider's office too loud? Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet Did this provider seem well-trained and experienced? Absolutely, they were an expert!

Are you confident that this provider will continue working with you until a solution is reached? Absolutely! I'm confident they will work hard to find the best solution for me Does this provider ever overbook appointments here? Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking. Does this provider welcome questions? Absolutely! They are happy to answer all of my questions Did this provider rush your appointment? No, I was able to ask as many questions as I wanted

Was this provider's staff friendly? Friendly Enough Does this provider always put the customer first? Definitely not. They seem to care more about themselves

Did this provider answer all of your questions? Yes Did this provider prominently display their diplomas or business license? Not very well. I had to really look for it before I found it.
