DANGEROUS!!! Never followed up with a simple request for respiratory equipment. Between Regal and the staff you will need to make sure things are done by doing your own leg work.
DO NOT go to this place. Got a prescription from Dr. Shawn Couture and had to pay cash due to an insurance overlap. The Doctor will not send prior authorization to the insurance company so I can be reimbursed for the $120.00 I had to pay out of pocket. Horrific customer service and patient care.
Horrible staff , difficult to make appointments, messages are never returned. I finally had a chance to make Doctor Couture aware that my health has been terrible and I had been in the Hospital multiple times and had not been able to see him. I mentioned that the staff is very rude. Like always he listen and took his time he send me to have many exams done , Even my health insurance called to get me an appointment and was told the wait was 3 months even if I had been discharged and needed to see him with in 3 days. On March 5, 2019 was my first visit with Dr. Couture.I was very impress with his mannerism and concern about my health. I believe this year I finally made the wisest choice in choosing the right doctor.
I have been going to Dr Couture for several years now and am very happy with his services. He takes the time to answer questions without feeling like you are getting rushed answers so that he can move on. I seem to be able to get in and out in a timely matter.
Dr. Shawn Couture is the best. I’ve seen him on several occasions over the last few years and the visit had been a positive one. He is attentive and he sincerely cares about his patients. I would recommend him to anyone. ~James Powers~
I barely moved out here from LA so I had to find a doctor who is knowledgeable about spinal cord injury since I am paraplegic and require special attention because of my injury and I am proud to be this doctors patient since he was very informative and attentive to my concerns and needs. I saw Shawn Couture for the first time and was very pleased. He was very well mannered and knowledgeable. He took his time with me and never tried to rush me out. The staff was very nice as well. Definitely a professional office. So happy my girlfriend found him for me. Good to know I have found an excellent doctor. ??
I have seen Dr Shawn Couture 2 times. I really liked him and staff in the beginning. However, recently when leaving messages it seems as though the doctor doesn't really care what I have to say! I have been in pain for over a week now and the medication I am on is not working. I called them about this several times and all they tell me is to stay on current medications. IT'S NOT WORKING....WHAT DON'T THEY GET???? Now I have been trying for 2 1/2 days to get back in touch with them I get NO answe
