I cannot say enough about Shawn Borden. My husband and I were very nervous to sell and buy a new home. We sat down with Shawn Borden and he explained everything from A-Z. It was a lot to absorbed, but he made our experience a great one. He told us that he would take the stress of of our shoulders, and that is exactly what he did. Shawn Borden did an outstanding job finding a new tenant for my rental property in less than three weeks. From the initial walk-through of my property to the final signing of the lease, Shawn was very helpful and always available to answer any questions that I had.
